Karma reigns queen

To keep to my recent theme of karma related journals, I've named this one "Karma reigns queen" simply because it does.

This weekend started off amazingly. I am in a new relationship and couldn't be happier. In fact, I was meeting his family when I received a phone call.
It was my mother calling to tell me my sister was in the hospital and badly hurt.

I've never felt so broken and i've never let so many people see me fall apart.

I stood in his living room, watching a movie, then slid down the wall and wept.

I am numb.

As far as I can tell, the world does not revolve around me. This was an important discovery that I believe everyone should learn (some more than others) and put to good use. The world might not revolve around you, but you do revolve around the world: and without the world, where would we be.

As you can probably tell, I'm a nit picking heath freak. I renew, recycle, reuse on a daily basis, and I'm a vegitarian. Nine years running. And I'm only 15, haha. I eat only organic food, and try to exercise daily. I stay in good shape not for the comments, or for others, but for myself. I feel that my body can live off of the world, like it was meant to, and someday the world can live off of my body.

I'm a christian, but not really that good at it. Yes, that means I swear and curse, and I have feeling of hate and doubt. I am intrigued by the thought of God, or heaven and hell. The devil also interests me: but I'm not a sadist.

I am an intense bookworm, with my bookcases spilling over. I've read all of them.

I sometimes don't pay attention, or do the right thing, but I have a very guilty conscience. I can't lie to others, I feel to bad. Isn't that awful? I stick up for my friends, and I'm fully accepting of any type of dress choice, religion choice, sexuality choice, though I'm not perfectly accepting of certain personalities.

I've been writing since I was five. Drawing since four.

I have a happy, hyper, annoying personality when I'm in the company of others, but I tend to be quite and reserved in front of those I don't know well.

All and all, I'm Joyce and nothing more.
